Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or simply no longer wanted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number along with photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Upon review, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for items that were damaged during shipping or received in error.
